Money should serve our purpose, not be our purpose. Money is just a means to an end. If we manage our finances in alignment with our purpose, everything from setting goals and changing habits, to reaching our desired outcome becomes achievable.

Change is happening in us even when we don't see it. Small changes have a compounding effect. Too often, we give up when our desired outcome is just about to bubble to the surface. Inertia is always present. So, if we're not moving forward, we're slowly sliding backward.

Personal finance should be personal. There's more than one right way. Broad financial concepts are universal, but applying them to our lives requires research, customization, and refinement.
